MONDAY Nov 23rd, 10PM "GARY FITZ HERE" - WITH GARY FITZ
It's show 171 for Secklow Sounds this Monday!!!
Gary has been a musician, sound engineer, arranger and producer. Guitarist on the London pub circuit (Nashville Rooms, the Red Cow etc) in the 70's with Glyder and Buster. Moving onto the 80's he was an international touring musician, playing guitar with The Man Ezeke (who was later presenter with Radio Bedfordshire and Radio 1), nuff respec, in Germany (The Hamburg Plaza and The Berlin Hilton), Sweden (Grona Lund, Stockholm), Oman (Muscat) and The Rose of Tralee Festival in Eire. In the 90's he became sound engineer for The Jazz Devils (Virgin Records) and Australian band Ute (Phonogram Records) as well as jamming with Special Brew, his own 12 piece band. He now presents two hours of Roots and Culture music for the Milton Keynes community every Monday night at 10 pm.

LIFESTYLE MK - "Relationships: It's complicated" (Saturdays12pm - 2pm)
This week the team looked at relationships asking whether men and women can be "just friends", what to do when you've been "friend zoned", and chatted about relationships with families and other loved ones. There was even a viewer question to debate, and resident experts, Dr Jamie, PT Robb, and "How To Guru" Ashley weighed in on relationships at the gym, introducing a pet to a new partner and how to keep love alive!
